You’ll always know how your trainees progressing through your course. With snapshot statistics you see how long they spend on each chapter, when was their last login and how long they’ve spent overall in CASA University.

Trainees can review completed chapters.
Your trainees won’t remember everything they’ve learned. Which is why they can go back to review any completed chapter, anytime. All of their answers are saved, along with staff comments, which turns CASA University into a long-term resource.

On-boarding trainees should be easy, for you and them, so we made it a point to remove any confusion. You add their name and email, and they complete the process for you. You’ll always have access to their profile in case they need assistance.

What if we want stop using CASA university?
You’re not locked into any contracts. You can stop using the training tool at anytime.
Is there a limit of how many staff members we can have?
There are no limits to how many staff members you can add. There’s only limits on the number of trainees you can add and manage.
Is there a maximum number of students/trainees we can add?
Yes there is a limit. You will select the limit for your needs on the Sign Up Page.
How do we get our staff setup to use CASA University?
Adding staff members is pretty simple. After you signup then one of our representatives will contact you to complete your registration, and also setup a training for your organization which will walk through adding and managing staff members.
Whats the one-time setup fee used for?
The one-time setup is allocated for setting up your organization under CASA University, training your staff on how to use the system, and helping your staff on-board the first set of students/trainees into your account.
Can you customize CASA university for our organizations specific requirements?
If you need more than what CASA University currently offers then please talk with your representative about your needs. There might be an opportunity to create new features based on your needs.
